A holistic approach for blemish-prone skin

Azelaic acid has a versatile effect on all stages of acne formation, visibly improving current inflammatory processes, while at the same time preventing the formation of new ones by treating the uneven complexion that often remains after acne changes (PIE=post-inflammatory erythema and PIH=post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation).

Apply the serum only to dry facial skin - temporary burning and tightening of the skin is normal, especially if stronger active ingredients have not been used before. Azelaic acid does not leave the skin sensitive to the sun and is safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. During the day, we definitely recommend using a sunscreen (SPF30 or higher). As with all actives, there is a period during which the skin gets used to a certain ingredient - although it can be used daily, adjust the initial use as needed and start with gradual use.

Unlike similar products on the market that come in the form of emulsions or creams, this serum comes with an almost liquid, non-comedogenic texture that absorbs into the skin instantly.

Additional ingredients

The patented Gentle Calming Complex™ combines aloe vera extract with 7 components of the Centella Asiatica plant (pure extract, leaf and root, madecassoside, asiaticoside, madecassic acid and asiatic acid) to deliver advanced soothing action and help relieve all symptoms of irritated skin. It works synergistically with the main active ingredient, azelaic acid, to visibly reduce the appearance of redness and signs of skin sensitivity.

Hyaluronic acid + panthenol + beta-glucan
They additionally restore a feeling of comfort to the skin, hydrate the skin and promote water retention in the upper layers for a prolonged hydration effect.

Apply after cleansing, before moisturizer. Use 1-2 times daily, depending on skin tolerance and use of other active ingredients. Mild stinging, itching or skin tightening may occur - skin needs to get used to it and a period of skin adaptation is required. Safe to use during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. The product does not leave the skin sensitive to the sun, but we definitely recommend using a sunscreen, SPF30 or higher.
