RETURNS, COMPLAINTS AND CONSUMER COMPLAINTS
TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT WITHOUT STATEMENT OF REASON (RETURN OF THE PRODUCT)
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, and this applies to purchases that are not made at the trader's business premises (e.g. online purchases). The 14-day period begins from the moment you or a person nominated by you (not including the carrier) take possession of the goods. During this period, you can examine the product as you would in a shop, but you cannot open or try on the product in a way that could diminish its value. If the product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to a refund.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us (RONDO MONDO doo, Zagrebačka cesta 212, 10000 Zagreb, info@beauty-garden.hr , phone: 01/8877-626) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the Form for unilateral termination of the contract , but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including shipping costs. For this payment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this payout.
Payment in accordance with the law can only be made after you return the product to us and it will be made no later than 14 days from the date the return is delivered to us. You can return the products by any delivery service of your choice. The delivery costs related to the return of the product are borne by the buyer. You can also bring the products in person to the address RONDO MONDO doo Zagrebačka cesta 212, 10000 Zagreb on working days from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.
You must return or hand over the goods immediately, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. If the order is returned in whole or in part, any free items received must also be returned in full.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the protection has been removed after delivery (for example, opened and used cosmetics and other products that come into direct contact with the skin).
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
The buyer has the right to a justified complaint and to return the goods in the following cases:
· Delivery of goods not ordered
· Delivery of expired goods
· Delivery of defective goods
The deadline for submitting a complaint is 14 days from receipt of the package.
In the event of a request to return goods for justified reasons, the buyer is obliged to send a written complaint to the Seller at the address: RONDO MONDO doo, Zagrebačka cesta 212, 10000 Zagreb or by e-mail: info@beauty-garden.hr
In order to quickly determine the specific order to which the customer has a complaint, customers are asked to state the order number or invoice number to which the complaint relates in the complaint. RONDO MONDO doo will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing without delay, and the response pursuant to Article 10, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act must be received within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
In the event of a justified complaint, the customer has the right to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid or exchange for a correct, undamaged and valid product.
Please note that increased sensitivity or allergic reaction to the delivered product cannot be considered a defect in the product.
RONDO MONDO doo will accept the return of damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods at its own expense, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the buyer did not influence the correctness, damage or any defect of the goods. In the event of a justified complaint, the cost of replacing the product with a new product is fully borne by RONDO MONDO doo
All goods we sell are properly stored in their original packaging. The expiration date indicated on the packaging is valid only if stored properly, as indicated on the label. It is not possible to return used but working products. A 100% refund of the purchase amount will only be made for items that are in their original packaging and unused.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Please check the package for completeness and possible damage immediately upon receipt. In case of visible damage, you may refuse the shipment. If the damage was not noticed when you received the package, but after you opened the package, please contact us immediately without delay.
WRITTEN CONSUMER COMPLAINT
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can submit a written complaint. You can submit a written complaint by mail to RONDO MONDO doo, Zagrebačka cesta 212, 10000 Zagreb or by e-mail to info@beauty-garden.hr.
In order to quickly identify the specific order you have a complaint about, please state the order number or invoice number to which the complaint relates in your complaint. We will acknowledge your written complaint without delay, and by law, you must receive a response within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint. We will inform you in writing via e-mail about the progress of the complaint, primarily about the receipt, resolution or non-acceptance of the complaint.
