These terms and conditions define the method of participation in the Beauty Garden UGC program, the rights and obligations of participants, and the rules for using the submitted content.
By applying to the program and participating in it, you accept all of the above rules.
1. Participation in the program
The program is intended for creators with an active profile on social networks (Instagram or TikTok).
Beauty Garden reserves the right to choose the creators to send products to.
The products sent depend on the current campaigns and brands in focus, so it is not guaranteed that the creator will receive the products that they have specified in the application.
2. Participant data
All selected creators must provide accurate information, including name, address, and mobile phone number for delivery.
3. Obligations of selected creators
Selected creators commit to creating and publishing the agreed content within 30 days of receiving the product.
The content must be original, created by the creator.
The content must be in high resolution, well lit and visually clear, without offensive or inappropriate content.
The creator undertakes to tag the official Beauty Garden profile and use the hashtag #beautygardencreators.
If the creator receives the product before the official launch, they agree not to share content or information before the agreed date.
4. Use of content
Beauty Garden reserves the right to use and publish the submitted content on its own marketing channels (web, social networks, newsletter).
5. Termination of cooperation
Beauty Garden reserves the right to select participants and terminate cooperation at any time if the rules of the program are violated.
6. Limitations
Products obtained under the program are not intended for resale.
