Safflower seed oil and evening primrose oil make the skin more hydrated, fuller and smoother. Safflower seed oil contains high levels of the antioxidant vitamin E, which helps maintain skin elasticity and reduces inflammation. Evening primrose oil contains linoleic acid, which helps to smooth and revitalize the skin and promote moisture retention.
