Compared to retinol, it only requires one conversion step into the active form that our skin uses - retinoic acid, which means it works up to 11x faster than retinol and has a lower irritation potential. How to use

After cleansing and toning, apply a pea-sized amount to your face.
Gently massage until completely absorbed. If used in the morning, apply sunscreen afterwards.
